Description:
The 101st Annual Meeting features Thursday's Special Course with “Part I: New Diagnostic Entities with Defining Molecular Alterations” in the morning and "Part II: Supplemental Tools in Practice of Neuropathology" in the afternoon. Friday and Saturday feature 8-hours of scientific sessions (platform and poster) in which members present original research, the Named Lectures, and an evening Diagnostic Slide Session on Saturday. Sunday concludes the meeting with a half-day Presidential Symposium titled, “Stem Cell Biology and the Brain” which also includes the Moore Lecture.

Learning Objectives:

  • Discuss recent advances in the field of neuropathology that impact research and practice. 
  • Cite 2-3 examples of new information on the underlying etiologies and mechanisms of neurologic disease. 
  • Explain how to translate the latest developments in neuropathology into clinical practice.
