32nd Annual Interdisciplinary Breast Center Conference (NCoBC 2023) is organized by National Consortium of Breast Centers (NCBC), Inc. and will be held from Mar 24 - 28, 2023 at Paris Las Vegas Hotel, Las Vegas, Nevada, United States of America.

Objectives:
• Understand the importance of classifying breast cancer subtypes according to their site of origin
• Discuss critical elements of infrastructure
• Discuss current available functional and non-functional supplemental screening modalities: US, MBI, MRI, CEM
• Consider the role this modality will have on screening in the future
• Understand that breast cancer is a progressive disease. The progression of breast carcinoma can be halted by early detection and treatment. The point at which this
development is arrested is crucial
• Compare and contrast dierences in professionalism, techniques, patient experience & multidisciplinary teamwork
• Discuss current challenges and solutions with a High-Risk Clinic
• Describe strategies for increasing productivity and eciency of High-Risk Clinic
• Dene the role of a mentor and mentee
• Utilize a tool kit to determine when & how to respond to inequalities
• Identify critical strategies of ensuring a healthy workplace culture
• Describe the market shift in healthcare recruitment and retention
• Discuss strategies to open your workplace to diversity, equality & inclusion for patients & employees
• Understand and apply professional society guidelines as they pertain to breast cancer assessment with the use of the models
• Discuss the associations between lifestyle and modiable breast cancer risk
• Create an understanding of when it is appropriate to order a cardiovascular consult
• Describe a common presentation of sexual diculties while taking an endocrine manipulation medication
• Provide support for caregiving partners
• Develop an approach to the focused history for a breast mass and breast cancer risk factor review
• Understand the pathologist’s approach in interpreting and diagnosing these lesions
• Summarize the various categories of multi-gene panel testing alternatives oered by genetic testing laboratories
• Demonstrate the power of customizing your community and cultural environment
• Importance of exercise for the prevention of LE in high-risk patients
• Identify the process to integrate key components of the comprehensive breast center structure
• Explain screening mammography performance metrics for online vs oine interpretation
• Non-Surgical options for LE therapy including ongoing studies
• Describe 2 options to integrate NAPBC and NQMBC requirements
• Learn the aesthetic options that improve patient satisfaction for both breast conserving surgery and mastectomy for breast cancer
