The theme for SCAP 2023 is “Psychological Well-being”. We invite researchers and practitioners from all fields of psychology research and practice to present and discuss recent innovations, trends, concerns, practical challenges encountered and the solutions adopted in the field of Applied Psychology, with a special focus on ‘Psychological Well-Being’. This can include clinical and non-clinical psychological well-being and we encourage submissions that cross disciplines, for example psychological well-being in education and the workplace.

These terms and conditions represent the entire understanding between East Asia Research (Co.Reg. No.: 201538194Z) and Attendees and supersedes all prior statements, agreements and understandings, oral or written, related to the Conference.
Attendee acknowledges reading and understanding ALL of the information contained in this document.
Registration and Payment: Registration will only be confirmed upon receipt of the registration form and payment via Credit Card/T.T Transfer/Bank Transfer. All cancellations made before conference will carry an SGD $450.00 administration fee. Delegates will need to make full payment of the conference fee. No refund can be made for cancellation less than 21 days prior to the conference date. East Asia Research reserves the right to cancel or postpone the conference due to unforeseen circumstances and also the right to reject any registration. Partial/full refund of fees will be made in either cash or gift codes for future purchases. Registrants referred by DCMnetwork can only be refunded gift codes.
Privacy and Publicity: The personal information supplied in connection with this booking will be held by East Asia Research as a record of attendees and parties expressing interest. By registering for this conference the parties concerned are agreeing that the conference organisers may use that personal information to contact them by email, direct mail, telephone or fax, in order to supply information relevant to this conference, or about other conferences, events and opportunities that the organisers are planning and feel may be of interest to them. You also waive any rights of privacy and publicity in connection with any East Asia Research's photographs, films and video tapes that have been taken of you or in which you may be included with others during the Conference.
Admissions Policy: East Asia Research reserves the right to refuse admission or eject any delegate deemed to be behaving in an unacceptable manner. We do not tolerate any form of unsociable or unacceptable behaviour, and will act upon any behaviour reported to us. In the unlikely event of a threatening or inappropriate situation occurring at our conferences, we request that the attendee bring any issues to the attention of the organisers as soon as possible. Within reason we will do our utmost to investigate, take action and resolve the situation, in the best interest of all parties.
Substitution: Substitutions may be made at any time. If you wish to substitute a delegate, you must notify East Asia Research in writing at the earliest opportunity and at least 72 hours before the conference begins.
Liability: Views expressed by speakers, sponsors and/or exhibitors are their own. East Asia Research cannot accept liability for any advice given, or views expressed, by any speaker, sponsor and/or exhibitor at the conference or in any material provided to delegates. In addition, East Asia Research shall not be responsible or liable for any direct or indirect loss or damage of any sort incurred as the result of the services or information provided in connection with the conference.
Insurance: It is the responsibility of the delegate to arrange appropriate insurance cover in connection with their attendance at the conference. East Asia Research cannot be held liable for any loss, liability or damage to personal property.
VISA requirements: It is the sole responsibility of the attendee to take care of his/her visa requirements. Attendees who require an entry visa must allow sufficient time for the application procedure. Attendees should contact the nearest embassy or consulate to determine the appropriate timing of their visa applications. East Asia Research will render support for VISA application.
General: We reserve the right at all time to change, amend, add or remove any of the above terms without prior notice If one or more of the conditions outlined in these Terms & Conditions should be or become invalid, the remaining conditions will continue to be valid and apply. These Terms & Conditions apply to all participants of this conference, including speakers, sponsors and exhibitors.
