The Miskawaan Health Group, in partnership with the Global Wellness Summit (GWS), the leading organization and annual event for leaders in the global wellness economy, is proud to announce the “Functional Medicine Symposium,” a first-of-its-kind event in Asia that will bring together key medical experts and scientists from around the globe to share experiences, perspectives, insights, the latest research, and practices in the realm of functional medicine. MHG firmly believes that The Kingdom of Thailand with its centuries-old traditions of Thai Traditional Medicine, the regular application of over 2,000 effective Thai herbal remedies, and the support and encouragement of the Thai Government and the Thai FDA, is ideally placed to become the center of functional medical excellence in Asia, and, indeed, the world.

The symposium’s primary purpose is to bring together leading members of the functional medical community with thought-leaders, scholars and other stakeholders who will share their knowledge and inspiration about functional medicine and how it contributes to health spanning. This historic gathering aspires to provoke discussion and raise awareness in the wellness and medical community about a future of healthcare that is both more environmentally-friendly and sustainable – and, significantly, in line with current global consumer expectations.
