Payment of registration fees can be made through this website using a credit card or by bank transfer.
Payment by bank transfer – all transaction fees should be paid by the registrant.
Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be faxed, electronically mailed or postmarked. Refund of registration fees will be as follows:
Postmarked up until March 31, 2022 – 100% refund (minus € 50 handling fee and bank charges)
Postmarked from April 1, 2022 – 50% refund
No refund on cancellations sent after April 19, 2022
Liability
The Congress Secretariat and Organizers cannot accept liability for personal accidents, sickness, and cancellations by any party, nor loss of or damage to private property of participants, either during or directly arising from the World Congresses on Controversies in Multiple Myeloma (COMy). Participants should make their own arrangements with respect to health and travel insurance.
Covid-19 Health & Safety Plan
The organizers require to show proof of being fully vaccinated against COVID-19 OR be recovered.
Antigen or PCR tests are no longer accepted to allow entrance to the Congress center. Staff, participants and suppliers should keep a distance of 1.5 metres from each other whenever possible.
In all indoor areas accessible to the public, masks must be worn in accordance with the requirements of the Ministry of Social Affairs and Health in Paris.
The organizers follow local COVID measures at the time of the congress and are not responsible for travel or entry permit limitations due to national or local restrictions.
