2022 Southern California Society of Gastroenterology (SCSG) Liver Symposium is organized by Southern California Society of Gastroenterology (SCSG) and will be held from Dec 17 - 18, 2022 at The Ritz-Carlton, Laguna Niguel, Dana Point, California, United States of America.

Description:
The symposium will provide a unique opportunity to receive a comprehensive update on chronic liver disease from nationally renowned faculty. The educational lectures at this symposium will focus on important advances presented at the annual Liver Symposium and/or in recent publications. You will also have ample opportunity to interact with colleagues, our expert faculty members, and industry representatives.

Statement of Need:
The goal of this program is to provide important clinical and scientific data on the management of the chronic liver disease.

Educational Objectives:
Upon completion of this symposium, participants should be better able to:
• Describe new data as it pertains to the implications and options for patients as it pertains to their continued care
• Apply updated guidelines for care for chronic liver and GI-related diseases
• Discuss future directions of therapeutics, diagnostics, and technology in the management of GI and liver diseases
