The Canadian Association of Psychosocial Oncology (CANPO) and the International Psycho-Oncology Society (IPOS) share a common mission to advance the science and practice of psychosocial oncology to improve the care of patients with cancer. This is achieved through advocacy, education, partnerships, and research.

International health care professionals will have the opportunity to meet at the 2022 World Congress. This forum encourages international collaborations and offers the chance to share cutting-edge research with professionals as well as the general public about psycho-oncology. It covers the psychosocial (psychiatric, psychological, ethical, and behavioral aspects of oncology). We can also award excellence in the field through this forum.
