American Vein and Lymphatic Society (AVLS) 36th Annual Congress is organized by American Vein and Lymphatic Society (AVLS) and will be held from Oct 13 - 16, 2022 at Hyatt Regency New Orleans, New Orleans, Louisiana, United States of America.
Intended audience:
The primary target audience of the 36th Annual Congress includes physicians, physician assistants, advanced registered nurse practitioners, ultrasound technologists, practice administrators, lymphedema therapists, and all other healthcare professionals currently or planning to care for patients with venous and lymphatic diseases.
Learning Objectives:
• Assess patients with venous and/or lymphatic disease and explain how superficial venous, deep venous, and lymphatic disease are linked.
• Evaluate the patients' treatment goals as well as the impact of venous and lymphatic disease on the patient's quality of life.
• Recognize the indications and contraindications for various therapeutic methods and technology.
• Diagnosis and treatment of phlebolymphedema and lymphedema.
• Learn more about advanced venous and lymphatic disorders as well as their therapies, such as wound care and ulcer management.
