Topics Covered:
Hormone Changes and Management During Chronic Illness:
How do you manage the subtle (and not so subtle) shifts during a chronic illness flare? How safely can you alter things like cortisol, T3, progesterone etc. while a case unfolds?

Reproductive Hormone Management:
In these sessions we will look at best practices for assessment, management and prescribing for male and female reproductive purposes. Deep dives into androgens, estrogens and progesterone will help expand the practitioner knowledge base and refine your processes.

Infertility: Men Women and Unknown:
In these three in depth sessions, we will look to the most common reasons for infertility on the male and female sides of the issue. Research and practice-based assessment and management will be discussed. Additionally, the less common causes and management strategies for "unknown" cause infertility will be described.

Advanced Insulin Management:
Whether you manage insulin directly or monitor patients on insulin (as we all do) these sessions will delve into the best practices for managing all the "non-insulin" effectors of insulin function. Sessions on drug, and non-drug, effectors will be followed by an extended and monitored Q&A session.

PCOS, Perimenopause, and PMDD Updates:
These common areas of patient concern have many subtleties in their assessment and management. Experienced clinician insights into these presentations along with updates on the science will be combined with interactive Q&A.

Endocrine Disruption:
We all know about endocrine disrupting chemicals and how pervasive they are. In this session we will update our understanding of this phenomenon and discuss treatment strategies.
