Their society is a unique multidisciplinary society founded to encourage and facilitate the clinical and scientific collaborations between radiologists, surgeons and gastroenterologists. The goal of their society is to build a comprehensive GI intervention network among endoscopists, interventional radiologists and gastrointestinal surgeons to provide a platform for multidisciplinary collaboration. They hope to provide a network where experts can advance, inform, share, and globalize technological innovations of each specialty. The society aims to support and educate young brilliant doctors in the early stages of their career as a specialist and guide their ways into the global stage. Final and foremost, their will set an example showcasing the benefits of multi-disciplinary collaboration in science, education and clinical practice.
