2021 National Lymphedema Network (NLN) Conference - A Mysterious Experience of Lymphology is organized by National Lymphedema Network (NLN) and will be held from Oct 01 - 04, 2021 at The Westin Boston Seaport District, Boston, Massachusetts, United States of America. This conference also held as virtual from Oct 18 - 23, 2021.

Target Audience:
Part I of the 2021 NLN Conference intended for advanced healthcare professionals who have already achieved their basic CLT and are involved in directly administering therapeutic lymphedema therapy intervention. This mainly includes but is not limited to: physical therapists, physical therapy assistants, occupational therapists, occupational therapy assistants, and massage therapists.

The National Lymphedema Network looks forward to welcoming you to the 2021 NLN Conference - A Mysterious Experience of Lymphology. What a year it has been! They cannot wait to see you and finally be able to greet you with open arms, literally. With so many months of seemingly endless screen time for everything, they have decided to make the first part of our conference 100% clinical hands-on lab time. As lymphedema therapists, they heal best with our hands, but for some us our haptics are a little rusty. So, Part I of this year’s conference in Boston was designed to focus on clinical and manual skills.

There are 10 specialized concentrations of study and clinical competency that will be held concurrently and repeated 10 times over a few days. All conference attendees who attend all 10 labs AND successfully complete the established clinical competencies will be awarded the designation of NLN Expert Clinician. This is a new program offering that they are piloting and we are very excited to launch it this year. The Boston educational program is comprehensive and rigorous and is intended for the advanced clinician who already possesses a high level of expertise. The program welcomes engaged, passionate clinicians in the eternal pursuit of elevating their clinical logic and interventional skills. The first class roster will be acknowledged on the NLN website, receive a certificate, and be awarded a medallion of NLN Expert Clinician; and they are extremely excited to meet this exceptional group of clinicians.
