CME/CE Allowance FAQ's
You may request a refund under the following conditions:
• Within 7 days of purchase, providing a valid reason: Refunds are allowed after deducting gift card value, processing fees, wallet usage, and Prime Digital Assistant fee.
• After 7 days, refunds will no longer be issued. However, your subscription will remain active, and the amount will be in your wallet based on the subscription plan duration for future use on our platform.
Important: If you purchased the plan using your CME allowance, you must confirm that you haven't received reimbursement from your hospital. We may verify with your hospital before processing your request.
To request a refund, email support@emedevents.com with your purchase details and confirmation of non-reimbursement.
Your gift card will be sent within 3-4 weeks of making your purchase. Please email support@emedevents.com to inquire about your gift card.
You can track your wallet balance and payments under wallet in your dashboard.
CME/CE Allowance Plans do not auto-renew.
Yes, we adhere to the ACCME Guidelines, and to remain compliant, we show the gift card amount as a line item in the invoice. The gift card you receive is considered taxable income, and you are required to claim the exact value of the gift card and pay the appropriate amount of taxes.
