Sinus Augmentation Procedures: Defining New Protocols and Surgical Guides – Including Both Transcrestal Approach & Lateral Approach (Hands-On) with Dr. Scott Ganz is organized by New Jersey Health Professionals Development Institute (NJHPDI) and will be held on Jan 23, 2027 at New Jersey Health Professionals Development Institute, River Edge, New Jersey, United States of America.
This Course is ideally for:
This comprehensive, interactive course will expand your knowledge base and clinical skills for management of sinus cases. This course will showcase how CBCT can be used to diagnose and treatment plan with greater accuracy to manage the surgical site, increase precision, reduce patient morbidity, and avoid potential complications. It will cover choosing the most appropriate Sinus Lift approach; Crestal versus Lateral.
Through both lecture and participation activities, you will learn the fundamentals of sinus elevation, treatment planning and surgical techniques available to augment sinuses.
Course Description:
Introducing concepts for diagnosis and treatment planning lateral and vertical sinus augmentation procedures, including the use of artificial intelligence, and 3-D printing of novel surgical guides and much more.
Newer software and hardware tools permit more exact merging of CBCT scan data with optical extra-oral or intra-oral scans to refine the diagnosis and treatment planning phases, leading to increased accuracy. This will provide the ability to fabricate not just surgical templates for dental implants but also for bone grafting procedures, including particulate veneer grafts and sinus augmentations!
Objectives:
Hands-On will be performed on sinus lift models
