PAFP’s Spring CONNECT Conference 2027 is organized by Pennsylvania Academy of Family Physicians (PAFP) and will be held from Apr 09 - 10, 2027 at The Landing Hotel Pittsburgh, Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, United States of America.

- President’s Reception & Dinner Gala
Spring FM Essentials CME Summit:
- 7+ CME Credits
- Agenda includes state-mandated Opioid and Child Abuse education
- Saturday, approx. 8am-5pm
- Lunch and refreshments included!
PAFP’s Annual Research Day:
- Original research presentations and posters shared by physician, residents and students
- Cash prizes awarded for the winning research projects

- Saturday, approx. 10am-4pm, followed by awards reception

Annual Business Meeting and Events:
All PAFP members are welcome to attend. Fee included in conference registration; others may purchase a ticket. Meeting agenda includes:
- Academy and Foundation updates
- Keynote by Shawn Martin from the AAFP
- Election of PAFP leadership
- Convocation of new AAFP Fellows

Resident Impact Grant (RIG) Summit:
- Networking lunch and presentation of RIG projects
- Residents and medical students invited to attend to learn about projects underway around the state!

Credit Statement
AAFP Prescribed credit is accepted by:
- The American Medical Association as equivalent to AMA PRA Category 1 Credit toward the AMA;
- American Osteopathic Association (AOA) members who attend CME activities that have been accredited for AAFP CME credit may report this credit to AOA and receive Category 2-A Credit. In some instances, PAFP received approval for AOA Category 1 credit. This accreditation when applicable will always be noted on conference material;
- The American Academy of Physician Assistants accepts Prescribed credit from the AAFP;
- The American Academy of Nurse Practitioners recognizes activities approved for AAFP credit as acceptable toward CE requirements for nurse practitioners;
- The Pennsylvania State Board of Nursing, views activities sponsored by National nursing, medical, osteopathic and other health care professional organizations and their state and regional affiliates as acceptable sources of CE; and
- The American Association of Medical Assistants recognizes activities approved for AAFP credit as acceptable toward CE requirements for medical assistants.
