OVERVIEW

Advanced Revascularization-Chapter (ARCH) Hawaii Symposium 2027 is organized by Gaffney Events and will be held from Jan 21 - 23, 2027 at Sheraton Waikiki Beach Resort, Honolulu, Hawaii, United States of America.

Description:
The 2027 ARCH Hawaii Symposium is an immersive, multidisciplinary cardiovascular educational program for interventional and general cardiologists, trainees, cardiovascular surgeons, advanced practice providers, nurses, technologists, and other members of the cardiovascular care team.

The 2027 program builds on prior ARCH Hawaii meetings with a strong emphasis on practical, evidence-based care and case-driven learning. The agenda combines expert lectures, live case transmissions, international case collaboration, panel discussion, and focused reviews of rapidly evolving technologies. Educational topics include precision PCI using intravascular imaging and physiology, complex and high-risk coronary intervention, CTO and multivessel revascularization, cardiogenic shock and hemodynamic support, structural heart disease, peripheral and noncoronary intervention, contemporary general cardiology, and cath lab safety and quality.

Conference Highlights:

  • Live complex coronary case arena with emphasis on left main, bifurcation, high-risk PCI, and hemodynamic support.
  • Dedicated imaging and physiology session integrating IVUS, OCT, emerging high-resolution imaging, invasive and noninvasive physiology, and coronary CT angiography.
  • International live case arena focused on CTO and multivessel coronary disease, including planning, novel techniques, complication management, and bailout strategies.
  • Peripheral and noncoronary cardiovascular updates including vascular access and closure, pulmonary embolism, renal denervation, carotid intervention, and vascular complication management.
  • Structural heart live case and state-of-the-art updates in aortic, mitral, and tricuspid valve intervention, including emerging applications of artificial intelligence.

Additional Highlights:

  • General Cardiology 2027 session covering cardiometabolic disease, coronary plaque assessment, cardiac amyloidosis, cardiogenic shock systems of care, aortic disease, and dyslipidemia.
  • State-of-the-art cath lab session addressing pharmacology, radiation protection, acute kidney injury and bleeding prevention, and cath lab wellbeing.
  • Multiple live cases and case-based sessions emphasizing procedural decision-making, complication avoidance, and practical techniques.
  • State-of-the-art presentations from nationally and internationally recognized experts.
  • Real-time interaction and networking with course faculty and colleagues.
  • MOC and CME credit opportunities anticipated, subject to final accreditation approval.

Learning Objectives:
By the conclusion of ARCH Hawaii 2027, participants will be able to:

  • Integrate intravascular imaging, coronary physiology, and CT angiography into precision-guided PCI planning and optimization.
  • Apply contemporary evidence and advanced procedural strategies to complex and high-risk PCI, including left main, bifurcation, calcified, and multivessel coronary disease.
  • Develop systematic approaches to patient selection, planning, technique selection, complication management, and bailout strategies for CTO and complex multivessel PCI.
  • Evaluate contemporary evidence for cardiogenic shock management and mechanical circulatory support, including appropriate patient selection and multidisciplinary shock-team activation.
  • Incorporate emerging structural heart technologies and updated evidence into patient selection and management of aortic, mitral, and tricuspid valve disease.
  • Apply current evidence to peripheral and noncoronary cardiovascular interventions, including pulmonary embolism, carotid intervention, vascular access/closure, complication management, and renal denervation.
  • Integrate important updates in cardiometabolic disease, dyslipidemia, amyloidosis, aortic disease, coronary plaque assessment, and other areas of general cardiology into comprehensive cardiovascular care.
  • Implement evidence-based strategies to improve cath lab safety and quality, including radiation reduction, prevention of bleeding and acute kidney injury, and support of team wellbeing.
