2nd Hematologic Malignancies Conference is organized by Fusion Conferences Ltd and will be held from Nov 01 - 04, 2027 at SLS Playa Mujeres, Cancun, Quintana Roo, Mexico.
Description:
This second Fusion Conference, Hematologic Malignancies: From Mechanisms to Cures, builds on the success of its inaugural year to bring together a distinguished faculty of leading basic scientists, translational researchers, and clinicians united by a shared mission: to accelerate progress in understanding and treating the full spectrum of hematologic malignancies. Spanning four days of scientific and clinical programming, the meeting will provide a comprehensive and integrative overview of the field, from the molecular origins of clonal evolution to the frontiers of cellular immunotherapy. The conference is designed to foster the multidisciplinary dialogue essential to translating biological discovery into meaningful patient benefit.
The meeting opens with a focus on the genomic and biological underpinnings of hematologic disease. Cutting- edge technologies will feature prominently throughout, with presentations on single-cell resolution approaches to clonal dynamics, spatial multiomics for mapping the tumor-immune interface, and artificial intelligence and machine learning frameworks for decoding complex cellular ecosystems.
Over the four days, sessions will span the full translational arc of the field, from epigenetics, chromatin dependencies, and stem cell biology to clinical advances across the entire spectrum of myeloid neoplasms, acute lymphoblastic leukemia, chronic lymphocytic leukemia and multiple myeloma. This disease- and expertise inclusive approach will enable broader, mechanism-based discussions that ultimately lead to new analytical and treatment approaches for patients with hematologic malignancies.
Targeted therapy updates will cover IDH1/2 inhibitors, menin inhibitors, venetoclax-based combinations, BTK inhibitors, and MRD-driven treatment strategies, while the immunotherapy landscape will be addressed through bispecific antibodies, tumor microenvironment remodeling, and the latest advances in CAR T and CAR NK cellular therapy. A dedicated Early Career Investigator Spotlight and a closing keynote on the future of cancer genomics will round out the program.
Hematologic Malignancies: From Mechanisms to Cures aims to capture the remarkable momentum of the field at a moment of rapid scientific and therapeutic progress. By convening experts across the full translational spectrum, from computational biology and stem cell science to clinical trials and immune-based treatments, the conference will highlight advances while also confronting the ongoing challenges of disease heterogeneity, treatment resistance, and immune evasion. The event will serve as an essential platform for collaboration, inspiration, and the forging of the multidisciplinary partnerships needed to move the field decisively forward.
