The Focus of This Mini Fellowship Course is Orthopaedic Diagnostic and Injectable Indications for Joint Ultrasound and Taught by Senior Musculoskeletal Radiologists.
- All lectures are updated and you will be given a digital powerpoint print out of the powerpoint slides and Ultrasound technique guide booklet with your name on the front cover. You will be given the option to pay to upgrade your Ultrasound technique and Anatomy booklet for more cross-sectional anatomy. Please request this online registration and we will add RM 100 in your registration fee.
- This course is primarily focused on major joints injury from orthopaedic point of view taught by senior musculoskeletal radiologists. The following specialties will bene t from this course as many patients su er from orthopaedic injuries and conditions causing the symptoms. Sports physicians and trainees, Orthopaedic surgeons and trainees, Rehabilation physicians and trainees, Rheumatologists and trainees, Emergency physicians and trainees. Indonesian Medical acupuncture specialists and trainees.
- Lectures will cover the indications of musculoskeletal ultrasound in each joint. 100 DICOM MRI and ultrasound videos will then be shown. Basic Musculoskeletal MRI anatomy and pathology of each joint often asked in exams will be shown. The lectures will have some MRI correlation of MSK Ultrasound pathology.
- All participants will receive a chance to be tutored by accredited and Senior Musculoskeletal Radiologists who are experts at Musculoskeletal Ultrasound. They have weekly musculoskeletal ultrasound lists and have plenty of hands-on experience. All these faculty have done 1 to 3 years fellowships in Musculoskeletal Radiology. This is the unique feature of this course.
- Rehabilitation participants and other delegates will in addition to learning orthopaedic ultrasound of joints which is primary purpose of this course will hope to have a rehabilitation physician demonstratorr if they want a refresher to teach them upper and lower limb anatomy for botulinum injections and also some common nerve injections.

ACCREDITATION & CREDITS
This course is usually accredited Malaysian Medical Council via MMA CPD points for General Practitioners and Medical officers and 16 CPD Points by the National Specialist Register of Malaysia (NSR)* for Physicians. For overseas delegates with their attendance certificate and programme they can apply to their local provider for14 CPD hours points.
PREREQUISITES
As the course has a limited number of places to enable small group teaching, it is advisable that payment be made as soon as possible to secure your place at the course. A non-refundable policy applies to course fees, but humanitarian reasons can be considered such as admission to hospital, etc. for credit transfer. Administrative fees, printing costs and deposits already paid on your behalf will be deducted. You will be advised of the amount. The credit will be then transferred towards the next years registration fee which may be increased. 2.Refund will be offered if cancelled before 60 days only. There is an admin fee of USD 150 (for Malaysian RM600) plus cost of sending refund if cancelled 60 days before the course. If less than 60 days, no refund is possible as it is diffcult to find a replacement. However, you can transfer to a colleague or credit transfer once to the following year. Administrative fees, printing costs and deposits already paid on your behalf will be deducted if we o er a credit transfer. You will be advised of the amount.
