• Summarize the classification system for fibular  and tibial hemimelia and for congenital femoral deficiency 
• Understand the pathoanatomy of FH , TH and CFD
• Identify the secondary deformities of CPT if treatment is delayed
• Know the reconstructive strategies for CFD, FH, TH and CPT
• Describe how to manage complications of the reconstructive surgeries for CFD, FH and TH
