Description:
Transform Your Approach. Empower Your Practice. Deliver Predictable Results.
The Treatment Planning and Digital Implementation course is a unique, comprehensive program designed to empower dental professionals with the confidence and skills to plan and deliver predictable, high-quality patient care.

Led by Dr. John Kois, the course begins by exploring the “why” behind treatment decisions. You will build a solid foundation rooted in research, clinical evidence, and proven techniques, culminating in the Diagnostically Driven Treatment Planning concept. This practical, structured approach enhances diagnostic clarity and helps you immediately apply what you’ve learned to manage patient care with confidence.

From Single-Tooth to Comprehensive Care
Shifting from reactive, single-tooth dentistry to comprehensive treatment requires more than technical skill—it demands a deep understanding of patient-specific risk factors and how to manage them. This course places a strong emphasis on the comprehensive examination—the cornerstone of successful treatment planning.

You will  gain insight into:

  • Medical and dental history analysis
  • Aligning treatment with patient expectations
  • Effective use of radiographic and photographic documentation
  • Evaluating periodontal, biomechanical, functional, and dentofacial conditions

These diagnostic tools and decision-making strategies create a framework for both immediate care and long-term treatment success.

Master the Digital Dental Workflow
In the digital segment of the course, you’ll dive into cutting-edge dental technologies and workflows designed to elevate your practice and patient outcomes. Whether you’re new to digital dentistry or looking to refine your current systems, this course offers hands-on, evidence-based instruction that’s ready to implement.

Topics include:

  • Digital data acquisition using intraoral scanners, facial scanners, and photogrammetry
  • Creating a virtual patient by integrating scans with facial data and photographs
  • Utilizing virtual articulators and jaw tracking systems (Modjaw, SDIMatrix, Zebris)
  • 3D printing workflows for Kois dental devices and restorations

You will  leave with a practical understanding of how to integrate digital tools into your clinical workflows—delivered in a format designed for immediate use back in your practice.
