OVERVIEW

The American Osteopathic Academy of Orthopedics (AOAO) Annual Spring Meeting (Postgraduate) 2026 is organized by The American Osteopathic Academy of Orthopedics (AOAO) and will be held from Apr 23 - 25, 2026 at Caribe Royale Orlando, Orlando, Florida, United States of America.

DO registrants who view/attend the lectures and recorded content can claim up to 42 AOA Category 1-A credits. DOs can claim up to 22.5 total CME credits for hours spent in-person at the meeting, April 23-25, 2026. Up to an additional 19.5 CME credits are available for viewing for the educational sessions that you did not claim already in-person.

  • Because sessions are offered concurrently (at the same time), registrants will only be allowed to claim additional credit if:
    (1) They view the recorded content.
       – Recorded content will be available to registrants AFTER the meeting has concluded. Please allow up to four weeks after the meeting has concluded for the content to be available through the Mobile Meeting Guide.
  • On Demand registration is currently NOT available for this meeting. Those who attend in-person will have access to video content to claim an additional 19.5 AOA Category 1-A credits after the meeting. 

Accreditation – PA
The American Academy of Physician Assistants (AAPA) recognizes AOA Category 1 CME. Physician Assistants may claim up to 22.5 credits when attending the 2026 Annual Spring Meeting in person and an additional 19.5 credits for on demand lectures, available after the meeting.

Accreditation – Nurses
In support of improving patient care, this activity has been planned and implemented by Amedco LLC and American Osteopathic Academy of Orthopedics (AOAO).  Amedco LLC is jointly accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME), the Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education (ACPE), and the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC), to provide continuing education for the healthcare team.

Nurses (ANCC) Credit Designation
Amedco, LLC, designates this activity for a maximum of 22.5 ANCC contact hours.

Nurse registrants will have access to video content but additional CME for viewing is not available.

Accreditation – DO
The American Osteopathic Academy of Orthopedics is accredited by the American Osteopathic Association to provide osteopathic continuing medical education for physicians.

The American Osteopathic Academy of Orthopedics designates this program for a maximum of 42 AOA Category 1-A credits and will report CME and specialty credits commensurate with the extent of the physician’s participation in this activity.
