This dynamic cancer care conference features expert-led panels, interactive breakout sessions, oral abstract presentations, and a health equity debate. The agenda spans a broad spectrum of topics including precision oncology, early detection, biomarker access, clinical trial inclusion, rural and global cancer care delivery, telehealth, survivorship, and policy innovation.
Attendees will leave equipped with practical tools and evidence-based strategies to reduce cancer disparities, improve patient outcomes, and lead change within their institutions and communities. Whether you're a provider, researcher, or advocate, SCHD26 offers critical insights into transforming oncology care through equity-focused innovation.
Learning Objectives:
At the conclusion of this activity, participants will be able to:
- Integrate equity-driven strategies into precision oncology and early detection, including approaches to improve biomarker testing, screening access, and personalized therapy delivery across diverse populations.
- Apply patient-centered communication and education tools—including those designed for nursing, pharmacy, and APP roles—to enhance chemotherapy understanding, adherence, and survivorship outcomes in underserved settings.
- Evaluate the role of implementation science, telehealth, and digital innovations in scaling equitable cancer care models in rural, low-resource, and global contexts.
- Identify policy, advocacy, and community engagement strategies that effectively address access barriers to clinical trials, advanced therapeutics, and preventive care.
- Assess approaches to reduce financial toxicity and improve care continuity, particularly for patients at risk of treatment delays or abandonment due to cost, geography, or system-level inequities.

13.75 AMA PRA Category 1 Credit™
The Binaytara is accredited by the Washington State Medical Association to provide continuing medical education for physicians. The Binaytara designates this live activity for a maximum of 13.75 Summit on Cancer Health Disparities (SCHD26). Physicians should claim only the credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity. This activity meets the criteria for up to 13.75 hours of Category I CME credit to satisfy the relicensure requirements of the Washington State Medical Quality Assurance Commission.
13.75 ABIM MOC II
Successful completion of this CME activity, which includes participation in the evaluation component, enables the participant to earn up to 13.75 Medical Knowledge points in the American Board of Medicine's (ABIM) Maintenance of Certification (MOC) program. Participants will earn MOC points equivalent to the amount of CME credits claimed for the activity. It is the CME activity provider's responsibility to submit participant completion information to ACCME for the purpose of granting ABIM MOC credit.
13.75 ACPE Pharmacy
The Binaytara is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education as a provider of continuing pharmacy education. The ACPE Universal Activity Number assigned to the activity is Participants must pass the post-test, complete course evaluation, and provide their NABP e-Profile ID number (ePID) and Date of Birth (MMDD) to Binaytara Foundation within 30-days of participating in the activity. Participants who do not complete these requirements within 30-days of participating in the Summit on Cancer Health Disparities (SCHD26) activity will not be awarded the CEUs. The Binaytara may distribute a participation certificate containing information provided to NABP from the Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education (ACPE) via CPE Monitor®. ACPE policy states paper and/or electronic statements of credit may no longer be distributed directly to learners as proof of ACPE credit. The official record of credit may be located in the learner’s e-profile in CPE Monitor®. After CPE units are processed by ACPE and NABP, pharmacists and pharmacy technicians will be able to login to a comprehensive electronic profile to access information about their completed CPE and Certificate Programs.
