Description:
This workshop is designed as an active participatory workshop for both junior and senior Anesthesia faculty who seek to better understand the application of education theory for Anesthesia resident and medical student education. There is a special emphasis on helping residents with education problems.

The purpose of this annual meeting is to educate and share information that will enable anesthesia educators to provide the highest level of education and improve patient outcomes.
