Rare Cancers Conference 2026: Advances in Diagnosis, Genomics, and Targeted Therapies for Rare and Orphan Malignancies is organized by Binaytara Foundation (BTF) and will be held on Nov 14, 2026 at Hotel Nikko San Francisco, San Francisco, California, United States of America.
Description:
The Rare Cancers Conference 2026 is a CME/CE-accredited educational program in San Francisco focused on advancing the diagnosis and management of rare and orphan malignancies. Given the complexity and heterogeneity of rare cancers, this multidisciplinary conference brings together experts in medical oncology, hematology, pathology, genomics, surgery, and radiation oncology to address critical gaps in knowledge and care. The program will highlight innovations in molecular diagnostics, next-generation sequencing (NGS), biomarker identification, and precision oncology approaches that are transforming treatment paradigms for rare tumors. Participants will explore emerging targeted therapies, immunotherapy strategies, and clinical trial opportunities, with an emphasis on improving access to cutting-edge treatments.
Through case-based discussions and expert-led sessions, attendees will gain practical tools to navigate diagnostic uncertainty, apply evidence in low-data settings, and collaborate across disciplines to optimize patient outcomes. The conference also addresses challenges such as delayed diagnosis, limited treatment guidelines, and disparities in access to specialized care. This activity is designed to enhance clinician competence and performance in managing rare cancers and to support improved patient-centered outcomes. CME/CE credits are available, and participants may earn Maintenance of Certification (MOC) points, where applicable.
