Description:
This course focuses on providing participants the knowledge and skills in the overall design, delivery, debriefing and evaluation of simulation-based education at educational and clinical setting.

Learning Objectives:
By the end of the course, participants are expected to be able to:

• Understand the concept of Simulation Based Education
• Design and deliver simulation-based scenarios using best practices in SBE.
• Design and deliver procedural skill training using best practices in SBE.
• Demonstrate skills required of a debriefing facilitator in a safe environment.
• Understand the importance of human factors, patient safety and CRM principles.
