LM26 will bring together primary healthcare professionals, GPs, allied health, and health system leaders for three days of evidence-based, practical insights into the foundations of Lifestyle Medicine. With a focus on green and blue spaces, social connection, and nature-based health interventions, this international conference will offer keynotes, interactive sessions, networking opportunities, and celebration of our growing movement in one of Australia’s most naturally inspiring settings – Hobart, Tasmania.
