Leadership Incident Fortification Training (LIFT) is a program for emergency medical transport professionals, developed by the Association of Air Medical Services (AAMS) and the Oglebay National Training Center,?to provide air and ground leaders with a foundational skillset to effectively manage high-impact events. This institute aims to arm leaders with the tools and resources necessary to manage events in a way that minimizes damage to people and organizations, and maximizes learning by addressing key concepts on the continuum from risk mitigation to preparation to response and recovery.
