Before your scheduled hands-on skills lab session, it is imperative to complete these modules. This approach allows you the flexibility to complete the theoretical components of our course at your convenience, from any location. Moreover, you will have the privilege of reviewing the lectures and full-length procedural videos as many times as you wish for an entire year.
Hands-On Training for Essential Medical Procedures
Upon the completion of the didactic modules, you will participate in a comprehensive 10-hour session of simulation-centered instruction encompassing the entire spectrum of hospital procedures. This day of procedural training offers a fully immersive, hands-on experience, facilitated by a team of six proficient instructors, maintaining a favorable 6:1 ratio of students to faculty. You will be provided with tailored and practical guidance in a multitude of skills, including but not limited to:
Bedside ultrasound training will be conducted on paid ultrasound models.
Each student will be granted online entry to our complete lecture materials and course handouts, encompassing fundamental aspects of ultrasound, airway management, and an emergency drug reference card. This extensive access empowers you to have the entire course readily accessible, right at your fingertips, for consultation whenever you find yourself within the hospital setting.
The commencement of our course is scheduled for Saturday morning, with a continental breakfast being served starting at 7:00 AM (the class itself will commence at 7:45 AM). Both breakfast and lunch will be provided for all participants. The course’s conclusion is set for approximately 6:00 PM on the same Saturday.
