D3: Regenerative Aesthetics: Platelet Rich Fibrin (PRF) & Platelet Rich Fibrin (PRF) Gel (Bio-Fillers) is organized by DentaSpa Seminars and will be held on Dec 13, 2026 in Miami, Florida, United States of America.
Course Description:
This hands-on training course is designed for providers seeking to learn the latest techniques in Platelet Rich Fibrin (PRF) for aesthetic applications. PRF treatments offer patients natural skin rejuvenation by using their own platelets to recapture a youthful structure.
Working on live models, participants will learn how to manipulate PRF for various facial indications. The course will cover in detail delivery of PRF through injection techniques, micro-needling technology and the latest advancements with respect to PRF Gel (Bio Fillers). Participants will learn how to prepare PRF using the PRF EZ Gel system, which is a simplified and highly efficient method for PRF preparation.
With prior review of didactic lectures, attendees will benefit from a full clinical training day focused on teaching innovative techniques to participants of all levels. Customized to your level, beginner and intermediate injectors can focus on learning PRF injection and micro-needling techniques for full face, while seasoned, advanced injectors can explore using PRF gel cannula techniques for various areas including tear trough.
Upon course completion, participants will know how to effectively inject PRF to help patients build collagen in certain areas of the face for a more youthful and sculpted appearance.

How Does Platelet-Rich Fibrin (PRF) Work?
PRF training will give you the skills you need to give your patients a natural alternative to conventional hyaluronic-based dermal fillers. PRF is known to naturally volumize the skin as the platelets work to form protective layers at the site. This protective layer forms a kind of “mesh” at the injection site. In addition, the platelets create a crosshatch pattern that allows new tissue to grow along with the “mesh” layer. As the area around the injection site begins to heal, the “mesh” absorbs into the surrounding tissue. PRF contains growth factors that promote cell and blood vessel regeneration, as well as leukocytes which prevent infection at the injection site. Platelet-rich fibrin also contains cytokines or proteins that act as a communicator between cells to stimulate certain actions within the cell.
