Description:
The Core Endoscopic Urology and Peno-Scrotal Surgery Course will offer hands on experience and the opportunity to perform essential open urological emergency procedures using fresh cadaveric material. This course takes place in-person.
Learning outcomes:
Key endoscopic lower urinary tract procedures will include:
- Flexible cystoscopy
- Rigid cystoscopy
- Transurethral resection of prostate/bladder
- Insertion of ureteric stent
Open peno-scrotal procedures will include:
- Exploration of scrotum
- Fixation of testis
- Circumcision.
