Objectives

1. Integrate emerging evidence into the management of various food allergy phenotypes.
2. Apply updated oral food challenge protocols to accurately diagnose food allergies and assess reaction thresholds.
3. Develop and implement home anaphylaxis action plans in partnership with patients and caregivers to reduce delays in epinephrine administration.
4. Improve growth and nutritional status outcomes in children with food allergy through interdisciplinary care.
5. Enhance quality of life for patients and their families by integrating psychosocial assessment and targeted support into routine clinical practice.
6. Increase successful desensitization and sustained unresponsiveness rates through appropriate patient selection and protocol optimization in immunotherapy programs.
