Enhance your skills in brachytherapy for gynaecological cancers with our interactive two-day in-person course - join our multidisciplinary workshop, led by clinical experts. Designed specifically for clinical oncologists, radiographers and physicists, this workshop offers a unique blend of hands-on teaching, comprehensive lectures, and focused breakout sessions tailored for each discipline. You'll gain direct access to practical training in HR-CTV contouring for clinicians and treatment planning for physicists. Engage in vital discussions, tackle complex brachytherapy challenges, and collaborate with peers across disciplines.
Learning objectives
By the end of this course delegates will be able to:
- Develop skills in the indication of intracavitary (IC) and interstitial (IS) brachytherapy in cervix cancer
- Gain practical skills for performing and delivering IC/IS brachytherapy for clinicians/radiographers/physicists
- Receive training in delineation of HR-CTV MR/CT, treatment planning and assessment of dose plans
