Description:
AHA Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) is designed for healthcare professionals who direct or participate in the management of  cardiovascular emergencies and cardiopulmonary arrest.  The ACLS course highlights the importance of basic and advanced systems of care, communication and team-dynamics, and immediate post-cardiac arrest care.  Participants will complete online pre-course work and a self-assessment prior to attending the course.  At the course, participants will work in teams to complete case-based scenarios and resuscitation skills in real-time. Post completion of each case or skills set, participants will debrief and review objective-feedback technology.
