74th Annual Meeting of the Association of South German Orthopedists and Trauma Surgeons eV (VSOU) is organized by Intercongress GmbH and will be held Apr 16 - 18, 2026 at Congress Center Baden-Baden, Baden-Baden, Baden-Wurttemberg, Germany.

Description:
The congress is being held under the motto " Turning Point – A New Beginning ." In a time of significant change in health policy, this motto represents continuity, but also the necessary adaptation of established platforms – including the VSOU – as well as the reassessment and closer collaboration of healthcare professions.

The 2026 annual conference will be an Austrian-German co-production , thus reflecting interesting country-specific differences in health systems and therapeutic concepts.

The content will continue to focus on pediatric orthopedics and traumatology. Foot surgery will also be examined in greater depth, and the spine will be a key focus for conservative, surgical, and manual/physiotherapeutic approaches.
