On behalf of the Korean Audiological Society (KAS), it is our great pleasure to announce that the 37th World Congress of Audiology (WCA 2026 Seoul) will be held on May 24-27, 2026 at COEX Convention & Exhibition Center, Gangnam gu, Seoul, South Korea in the most beautiful season of the year, and we are truly excited to invite everyone in the field of audiology to this wonderful gathering of knowledge and friendship.

At WCA 2026 Seoul, under the theme of “Broadening the Horizon of Audiology”, a fascinating scientific program will be prepared. CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

All cancellations must be submitted by March 15, 2026.
All refunds will be made within 2 months after the completion of WCA 2026 Seoul according to the following policy.
Cancellations by November 30, 2025 : The processing fee of USD 50 will be deducted from the reimbursement.
Cancellations from December 1, 2025 to March 15, 2026 : You will receive a 50% refund of the total fee.
The processing fee of USD 50 will be deducted from the reimbursement.
Cancellations on and from March 16, 2026 : NO REFUND will be made for cancellations received on or after this date.
If you do not attend the conference without a written notice of cancellation, no refund will be made.
All bank service charges are to be paid by registrants.
