30th Annual Innovations in Urologic Practice is organized by Grand Rounds in Urology (GRU) and will be held from Sep 18 - 20, 2026 at Inn and Spa at Loretto, Santa Fe, New Mexico, United States of America.

Description:
The 30th Annual Innovations in Urologic Practice conference will provide a detailed review and commentary on multiple genitourinary and urologic diseases. Among the featured oncological topics are a description of bladder cancer and immunotherapies, as well as upper tract cancer and prostate cancer management, including state-of-the-art imaging, focal therapy, and MRI. Experts will also discuss new tools and techniques for nephrectomy and treating advanced renal cell carcinoma. In terms of general urological approaches, conference sessions will educate attendees on pelvic reconstruction and trauma, men’s health topics like male infertility and sexual dysfunction, and ways to diagnose and treat infections in the urology patient.

Educational Objectives:
After completing this activity, the participant should be better able to:

1. Assess the impact of testosterone therapy on spermatogenesis and fertility and optimize the recovery of spermatogenesis after this treatment
2. Describe the clinical presentation and diagnostic criteria for Peyronie’s Disease.
3. Evaluate the latest surgical and non-surgical treatment modalities for diagnosing and treating urethral strictures.
4. Discuss the potential risks, benefits, and limitations of botulinum toxin A as a therapeutic option in urology and bladder conditions.
5. Describe the present landscape of prostate cancer management from active surveillance to the treatment of oligometastatic prostate cancer and utilizing systemic therapies.
6. Discuss the efficacy and safety profiles of emerging therapies in managing renal cell carcinoma.
7. Identify the key clinical features and diagnostic criteria for chronic urogenital pain syndromes, including CPPS and chronic orchialgia, including multimodal treatment approaches.
8. Analyze recent updates and changes in healthcare policies affecting urology practice, including new policies on patient care and clinical operations.
9. Assess anticipated advancements in systemic, surgical, and combination therapies, including immunotherapy and chemotherapy, in improving bladder cancer patient outcomes.
