The 2026 National Summit on Hematologic Cancers: Defining the Standard Where the Guidelines End is a CME-accredited medical conference for hematologists and oncologists, designed to tackle one of the most persistent challenges in hematology and oncology practice: clinical decision-making where evidence is thin and guidelines fall short. Unlike traditional oncology conferences, this Summit functions as an active working forum, bringing together hematologists, oncologists, researchers, and multidisciplinary care teams from the United States, Europe, Asia, and other regions to collaboratively define best practices in leukemia, lymphoma, multiple myeloma, and related hematologic malignancies.

Learning Objectives:
At the conclusion of this CME-accredited educational activity on hematologic malignancies, participants will be able to:

1. Navigate "Gray Zone" Clinical Decision-Making Apply evidence-informed, patient-centered decision-making strategies to complex cases in leukemia, lymphoma, multiple myeloma, and related disorders where clinical guidelines are limited or conflicting, using expert consensus and multidisciplinary frameworks.
2. Integrate Artificial Intelligence into Hematology Practice Evaluate the role of artificial intelligence in hematologic oncology, including applications in diagnostics, hematopathology, measurable residual disease (MRD) assessment, and Al-enabled clinical trial design, and incorporate thesetools into clinical decision-making.
3. Optimize Use and Sequencing of Cellular and Immunotherapies Incorporate advanced therapies-including CAR-T cell therapy and bispecific antibodies-into individualized treatment strategies for patients with relapsed or refractory hematologic malignancies, including appropriate sequencing and patient selection.
4. Manage Toxicities of Advanced Therapies Recognize and manage treatment-related toxicities associated with cellular and immunotherapies, including cytokine release syndrome (CRS) and immune effector cell-associated neurotoxicity syndrome (ICANS), using evidence-based and consensus-driven approaches.
5. Apply MRD and Biomarker Data to Precision Care Interpret measurable residual disease (MRD) testing and emerging biomarker technologies, and integrate these data into treatment selection, response assessment, and risk-adapted management strategies.
6. Address Resistance and Improve Real-World Outcomes Analyze mechanisms of treatment resistance-including antigen escape and post-CAR-T relapse-and implement practical, evidence-informed strategies to manage refractory disease while addressing real-world barriers to access and equitable care delivery.
