Description:
This conference provides participating physicians and healthcare providers the tools and knowledge to handle the numerous demands placed on a community-based hospitalist program. Skills will be developed across the continuum; including intensive care, acute care medicine, pain management, and updates in HIV therapies. The purpose of this meeting is to identify common issues pertinent to hospital based medicine, including clinical, administrative, and quality challenges currently in the forefront of hospital medicine.
