OVERVIEW

1st European Union of Medical Specialists (UEMS) Congress is organized by European Union of Medical Specialists / Union Europeenne Des Medecins Specialistes (UEMS) and will be held from May 27 - 30, 2026 at Leuven, Brussels, Belgium.

Themes:
Over the course of four dynamic days, and through original sessions, the 1st UEMS Congress will explore key themes such as:

the future of healthcare systems and healthcare provision in Europe,
the challenges, achievements, and aspirations in healthcare provision and medical practice at national, EU, and global levels, or
medical specialist practice in all its compartments, i.e. training, working conditions, equality, sustainable practice and more.
