Founded in 2001, the MPN Congress has grown into a premier international forum for education, collaboration, and scientific exchange in the field of myeloproliferative neoplasms. The 2026 meeting marks the 25th anniversary of the inaugural Congress, a milestone that reflects a quarter century of progress in MPN research, clinical care, and multidisciplinary collaboration.

Each year, the Congress brings together leading investigators, clinicians, and advanced practice providers to present practice-changing data, share emerging insights, examine evolving standards of care, and translate scientific advances into improved outcomes for patients with MPNs - including PV, ET, and MF - as well as related myeloid neoplasms such as CMML and systemic mastocytosis.

The two-day program will feature expert-led presentations, interactive discussions, and opportunities for meaningful dialogue among faculty and attendees. CME credit for physicians and CE credit for nurse practitioners, physician assistants, and nurses will be offered. The Congress will also provide opportunities for scholarly exchange and networking, including abstract presentations highlighting important clinical and scientific research within the MPN community.

Learning Objectives
Upon completion of this educational activity, learners should be better able to:

1. Interpret emerging biologic and molecular data to improve diagnosis, risk stratification, and classification of MPNs and related disorders.

2. Evaluate and integrate current and emerging therapeutic strategies to optimize individualized treatment select and improve patient outcomes in MPNs and CML.

3. Discuss the diagnosis and management of uncommon and related MPNs and overlap conditions.

4. Assess disease progression, complications, and comorbidities to inform comprehensive patient management.

5. Collaborate effectively within multidisciplinary care teams to coordinate comprehensive and evidence-based management of patients with MPNs.
