The course has pre-course lectures to complete online followed by our face to face 1 day intensive hands on workshop where you will be supervised in performing scans on live models. Limited places available and 1:4 hands-on training.

Neck: 

• Thyroid anatomy and pathology (nodular and diffuse disease)
• Carotid artery (stenosis, dissection)
• Lymph nodes (normal vs abnormal)

Pancreas: 

• Normal pancreatic anatomy and variants
• Pancreatitis (acute and chronic)
• Pancreatic masses (cystic and solid lesions)

Liver: 

• Diffuse liver disease (fatty liver, hepatitis, cirrhosis)
• Focal liver lesions (cysts, abscesses, hemangiomas, metastases)

Biliary: 

• Gallbladder pathology (stones, sludge, inflammation, polyps)
• Biliary ducts (dilatation, stones)

Spleen: 

• Normal spleen anatomy and variants
• Splenomegaly
• Splenic trauma and focal lesions (cysts, abscess)

Renal Tract: 

• Kidney anatomy and pathology (hydronephrosis, stones, infections, cysts, masses)
• Bladder pathology (obstruction, diverticula, stones)

Pelvic (female): 

• Uterine anatomy and pathology (fibroids, adenomyosis, endometrial polyps)
• Ovarian and adnexal anatomy and pathology (cystic and solid masses, ovarian torsion, polycystic ovaries)
