Description:
Missouri’s statewide emergency medical care response system, the Time Critical Diagnosis (TCD) initiative, is intended to help more people survive and recover from trauma, stroke and heart attack.  The Summit purpose is to update medical providers who are caring for persons experiencing time critical diagnosis of stroke, trauma, and STEMI with established models of care that promote citizens of central Missouri to receive the right care, at the right place and at the right time.
