 Continuing Education Contact Hours:

The Tennessee Podiatric Medical Association is approved by the Council on Podiatric Medical Education as a provider of continuing education in podiatric medicine. The Tennessee Podiatric Medical Association has approved this activity for a maximum of 20 continuing education contact hours.

Any person who applies x-rays to human beings for diagnostic purposes in a podiatrist’s office in Tennessee must be certified by the Tennessee Board of Podiatric Medical Examiners. Each person certified by the Board must biennially (every two years) complete 4 hours of radiology related continuing education. TPMA offers the 4 hours of continuing education at its annual conference each year.
