Spring Connect5 Conference: (Featuring the FM Essentials CME Summit, Annual Business Meeting, Resident Research Day, Resident Impact Grant Summit and Celebration of Excellence in Family Medicine) is organized by Pennsylvania Academy of Family Physicians (PAFP) and will be held from Apr 04 - 05, 2025 at Eden Resort & Suites, Lancaster, Pennsylvania, United States of America.

This five-in-one event will include:

• Spring Family Medicine Essentials CME Summit - 7+ patient safety credits, including a new procedures track. NOTE: The POCUS workshops are full at this point.  If you register on the form, you will be added to a waitlist.
• Annual Research Day - Featuring dozens of student, resident and physician scholarly projects and posters
• Resident Impact Grant Summit
• Annual Business Meeting - All members are welcome! (Luncheon included with FM Essentials Summit and Research Day registration.) 
• Excellence in Family Medicine Awards Cocktail Reception -An outstanding celebration featuring Research Day awards, the annual Family Physician of the Year, Exemplary Teaching and Public Health Awards.
