Shoulder School the ABC of Upper Limb Arthroscopy is organized by ICLO Verona srl and will be held on Feb 01, 2025 at ICLO, Verona, Veneto, Italy.
Description:
The course is divided into 3 years. In the first year the main focus was on the most frequent pathology, namely the rotator cuff lesion followed "in quick succession" by adhesive capsulitis, literally "exploded" in the COVID era.
This year, the second, we will deal with glenohumeral instability, a continuously updated topic both from the point of view of understanding the physiopathology and biomechanics, and from the surgical point of view with the innovative techniques proposed in recent years.
Finally, the third year will be dedicated to degenerative pathology of the shoulder: from regenerative medicine techniques to new technologies applied to prosthetics (think of navigation, augmented reality, etc.). In short, a 360' overview of the shoulder that we believe can provide a solid foundation for a trainee or young specialist as well as a useful refresher for an experienced specialist.
