This activity has been planned and implemented in accordance with the accreditation requirements and policies of the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME) through the joint providership of the American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP) and the California District IX, Chapter 2 of the AAP. CME activities approved for AAFP credit are recognized by the AOA as equivalent to AOA Category 2 credit.
