Cancel for ANY reason prior to the first day of the conference and we will refund 100% of your registration fee. (May be subject to a $50 cancellation processing fee.)

Refunds for International Attendees

If American Medical Seminars issued you an Invitation Letter to attend a CME conference in the United States and you need to cancel your registration, your refund will be for $150 less than your registration fee. This is to cover the cost of your Invitation Letter.
