Orthodontic Arches in Practice

Orthodontic Arches in Practice is organized by Orto-fan Kursy and will be held on Oct 24, 2025 at Warsaw, Mazowieckie, Poland.

Description:
The course will aim to present current knowledge about orthodontic archwires from a clinical perspective, to the extent necessary for everyday work with fixed appliances.
More than half of the course time will be devoted to practical workshops – performing bends on various archwires: nickel-titanium, steel, Elgiloy, TMA, Gummetal, and bending orthodontic loops.

For the practical part, each participant should have:

• Angle/Tweed forceps (2 pairs, identical)
• Young's or Kim's forceps
• Weingart's forceps
• ligature cutting pliers,
  gummetal bending pliers
• needle holder
• distal cutting forceps
• tube
• ligature pusher
