Description:
Modules I-III are part of the modular seminar series "DGTHG Advanced Training in Special Cardiac Surgery." Renowned and experienced speakers are thankfully taking on the task of explaining the procedures and background of these specialized operations with numerous tips and tricks. Numerous examples illustrate the advantages and disadvantages of certain techniques and contribute to gaining a wealth of information for one's own daily practice in an entertaining format. The courses are open to physicians of all specialties. Medical professionals (cardiac technicians/perfusionists) are also welcome to participate. Participation in the modules will be certified separately, so that missed modules can be attended at a later date in case of scheduling conflicts. In addition to imparting specialist knowledge, the modules also serve as proof of completion for the "Pacemaker, ICD, and CRT Therapy" certificate from the German Society for Thoracic, Cardiac, and Vascular Surgery.
