International Psychogeriatric Association (IPA) Congress 2025 is organized by International Psychogeriatric Association (IPA) and will be held from Sep 25 - 27, 2025 at Kanazawashi Culture Hall, Kanazawa, Ishikawa Prefecture, Japan.

Description:
With the hope that this will be one of the opportunities for IPA to make a significant contribution to the super aging society that will come to the world in near future, we have set the theme of this conference as "Fostering Inclusive and Supportive Societies Worldwide to Enhance Mental Health of Older Adults". The content is in line with the purpose of Japan's Basic Act on Dementia, which came into effect this year, and we believe that by having researchers, physicians, and medical professionals from various fields around the world interact, it will lead to the development of research and the expansion into new fields. With the isolation and loneliness of the older people from society being actively discussed at the WHO, various treatments for Alzheimer's disease being introduced, and research on dementia care using AI and IoT and neuromodulation for elderly depression progressing, we hope to see many participants.
