Munich Sports Imaging Course (MSIC) 2025 is organized by European Society of Musculoskeletal Radiology (ESSR) and will be held from Oct 16 - 18, 2025 at Catholic Academy in Bavaria, Munich, Bavaria, Germany.

Description:
The course is aimed at radiologists, both in academic and private settings, with a special interest in musculoskeletal imaging, in particular sports injuries. Yet, it may also provide orthopedists, physical medicine and rehabilitation practitioners with an insight into state-of-the-art imaging and how imaging may influence therapeutic decisions in the management of sports injuries.

As the focus of MSIC 2023 was on the upper extremity, this year injuries and overuse lesions of the lower extremity will be discussed by distinguished orthopedic surgeons and recognized experts in the field of MSK radiology. Building on our established format with scientific sessions and an interactive interdisciplinary expert panel discussion, this year we will also have 2 afternoon case presentation / quiz sessions to review every day’s topics. MSIC 25 will start with our US course afternoon and an “update” session will close the course providing strategies for proficient reading and reporting of the upper extremity.
